Students seeking this endorsement must hold a valid Colorado professional (7-year) teacher license. The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) approved Mentor Teacher Endorsement program at CMC uses a hybrid approach and includes both credited coursework as well as practicum/field hours. The two courses include both face-to-face or virtual meetings and online content. There are 135 field hours attached to each course.
